Every MA-Jewels piece comes with a lifetime guarantee. As part of the Guarantee we offer free of charge a polishing and re-oxidation service through our stores. Alternatively you can contact our Athens store at 0030 210 3241313 at any time between 10:00 – 15:30 Monday through Saturday for additional assistance. Additionally you can contact MA-Jewels at info@ma-jewels.gr.
Customers located outside of Greece or that have difficulty visiting one of our locations can contact our store in Athens. Customers can ship their items to our store with a shipping cost.
Damaged items
The life time guarantee covers the repair of all light damages, such as scratch removal and other signs of use. In the case of severe damage and or wear a cost be incurred for the repair.
